So, I just started using studio one and I realized it has no notation software. I am heavily reliant on notation software. What daw has a notation software and is also easy to use?

The best without any doubts and about 30 years

Started as a notator software (Emagic) and now is the best production tool buyed by Apple (the only OS that buyed or have a DAW).
If you are on pc transform it in hackintosh

I wondered if Cubase was a good one in version 8 Pro, but I remain (very) sceptical about its notation functions. I use a third-party notation software, and recently switched (again) to Finale, more stable than Sibelius from my point of view. That doesn't mean that it's far better than Sibelius for notation...

I use Cubase for Score and in final stages hand it over to a copyist to finish off for correct publication.

but as always there is no fast and perfect way, each Daw has its good and bad, choose wisely.

you can save your midi files in studio one and load them into fl studio
and make them into Score Sheets if this is what you need,

Yes, I'm looking for a DAW just like you are because traditional notation is what I handle better. I used Sonar but some things with the audio and the last changes on the notation editor didn't make it easier. Samplitude has it but still I don't feel comfortable whith it.

Well it's actually more like I compose with musical theory, so I compose on a notation software then I handle the production afterwards.

Notion is great and the way it works with Studio One is also great. I can't wait til version 3 when it's fully integrated like Melodyne is

Pro Tools has kind of a stripped-down version of Sibelius. Now that Pro Tools free is about to hit the market, it could be a good way to try it.

Why? They are and always have been made for creative people. I've been using a Mac since 1985. My only regret is selling my shares of Apple stock at $18 per. Back to the question . . . I am also in the eternal search for notation software and clever integration.

I been using finale for years, but a notation software is limited in it's mixing capabilities. I need a daw with notation capabilities so I can compose and mix at the same time.

I don't like mac because the OS is harder to use than windows. It takes multiple steps to get the same task done while in windows all you need is one step. I am very big on saving time. I also like windows more because you have more customization capabilities. I will however be buying apple stocks before earnings come out.
