As you can see this compressor neither has an adjustable attack, nor a release, ratio or threshold parameter, the latter two are characteristic for tubes.
The whole compression is applied 'automatically' and dialed in by the 'Compress' knob which actually just increases the input (and the output a bit too EDIT: Oops, a mis-click. Compress also lowers the output).
The complete attack phase takes ~ 9ms, the release ~ 1sec, it has a soft knee and the ratio increases form ~1.x to something between 10:1 and 20:1, approximately, with raising Compress amount.

Yeah, that big knob should be the ratio and you can basically see the input knob as the threshold. For instance when you start adjusting the input knob and when done right you should be able to see that the gain reduction meter will fill or will start working.

I think the attack is implemented in that punch button. Probably a setting for a slower attack time.

    Raise, not lower. :winker:
In fact the effect of raising Input or Compress are very similar. The most obvious result is the different output level.
Punch, as @Nick12 correctly said, sets a slower attack time and with this the difference between raising the Input or Compress is very audible - after you adjusted the output.

Ah, it's probably that characteristic of me that just shows up once in a while that we both know currently when it comes to increasing and decreasing haha :)

Anyway, changed it. Thanks for coming in and for pointing it out.
