Any compressor. It's mostly the settings that matter.

You seem to be very new at this, and I've seen you post these videos over and over, but not really taking in the answers that has been given. If I were you I'd learn some synthesis and sound design basics (on my own) - EQ'ing, filters, compression/parallel-compression/limiting/gating/transient designers, distortion/saturation, delays and reverbs, chorus/flanger/phaser, etc.

Read as much as you can and experiment as much as you can. Things will come eventually. When I started out I figured most of it out myself, by reading, studying others and "making mistakes". Don't expect people to hand you the answers. Do the work/digging yourself. Stay curious and always seek answers.

 

Where to find this good bass?

Sounds like a Fender Jazz Bass or Musicman Stingray. Available in any good guitar shop for 1500-2500$.
This is no library sound.

even better bass are musicman from early 80's (they get pretty bad after 2008)
and fender from mid 60's.

on more personal note : this band is terribly mild and boring. I don't get how one can want to sound this way.
Still, they use actual playing, not programming. hire some actual musicians.

 

I have tested Mark bass studio, results that I neither can do that the bass remain sounding.
