Where can I find drum samples like these?

    Sorry for my ignorance, but I've been trying to find these kinds of drum samples for a while now. Under what genre would you categorize these kinds of drums?

    If you could some sample pack recommendations, that would be amazing.

    If you want exactly this drums


    Stems
    Sample
    Be Happy

    But Step by Step

    Record the Video with a tool like Audacity Export the Wave
    Extract the Stems with acon acoustica or a similar tool
    Cut the Stems to the Drums you'll need

    And that’s it

    But I think they are nothing that Special.
    It's more the processing than the Samples themselve

    Best thing would be here to take a Drum synth like the Sugar Bytes Drumcomputer, NI Maschine (yes there is a Drum Synth engine in it, it's not only sampling ) or Image Lines Drumaxx and with these tools you could relatively easily build them yourself .
