When I click a link in Peeplink on the sister site... popups? Is this new? Anyone else?

    When I click on a link in Peeplink (sister site downloads), I get a popup window. This is new, maybe the last week or so. It happens with both paid Rapidgator and Kat File download links. I'm on a Mac using Firefox. I have Adblock Plus and uBlock Origin. I've been a member there for a long time and this hasn't happened before.

    Anybody else?

    EDIT: Sorry, I didn't mention specifically that the popups are ads

    I had this yesterday too and blocking java made it block the top links on the peeplink
    I have uBlock Origin, the one built into Brave both on as well as installing the extension 'AdGuard AdBlocker' which worked for me

    It's happened to me recently too. I use: Adblock plus, uBlock origin, but I get pop ups....

    Try AdGuard AdBlocker it worked for me yesterday with uBlock Origin installed and the one built into Brave. It was AdGuard AdBlocker that stopped them though... the other two did not

    I just installed AdGuard AdBlocker into Firefox and it solved the problem! Thank you!

    It was annoying I know cos it opens in a new window also instead of a new tab even with poper blocker turned on which used to stop those also

    You should create an account at peeplink to see less adverts. If you already have one, make sure that you are logged in.

    they are pretty aggressive, and throwing ads for an escort service in istambul is annoying and nonsensical. i would always prefer a local one
