I think so too. It's easy to wipe off the KISS makeup, but ... wait a minute...
You know there IS something kind of jazzy as I go through my KISS playlist...

  4. As an observation, any person that has the gusto to reinvent themselves and change their path, should pat themselves on the back, no matter how simple or radical the life change, because it takes courage. Anyone can make judgement on a forum, they do not have to look into the person's eyes and say it and the world is full of those.
    As you all were.

P.S - I am the kind of person that has scars from speaking my truths in person and time over, I would do it again.

And with vocals you are stuck with the one instrument you own.
But you can improve it, and maybe you find a kind of unique sound you can get from it ... then you are famous!
Think of all the "poor" voices that did that :)

There are some people I know who need reinventing, but they resist me.
So I just invented some other ones, and they all seem to like me
But ... sometimes I think they are talking behind my back.

  7. That is funny haha :like:

Well i am totally new to music theory, but it's good to take on things you don't understand..
Yes, most of it just goes by my eyes and I hear some grinding noise from my brain, but now I have found some new music (new to me).
And it seems jazz is not really what i thought. I never really got much "feeling" listening to what people called "jazz".
And maybe I find a lot that is not "true jazz", but that's' ok... I will still say I like "some jazz".

  14. Good jazz players become even greater jazz players the older they get.

Sorry MMJ, still feeling nothing. I think they're mocking the music.:dunno:

  16. Something tells me she wasn't doing her school homework at night. There were even a couple of nice country licks in there. And I think she dyes her hair.

Really? I didn't get much from it, myself, except they play guitar well.
Funny, I have heard this song about 10 times in the past week because I have a few of Stevie's songs in the playlist I dumped to my phone...
Well, there is a whole feeling that is missing because I know how I feel listening to the original, that's for sure.
I have to admit, music gets bonus points when it makes me move, too.
I admit that I have Ace of Base in that same playlist.

That's not going to get me banned, is it?
