what's the name of that library-based vst ??

    there's a library-based vst that i forgot what's called that the vst and the libraries were uploaded to the sister site probably on year 2021 and they were a lot of libraries, tens if not more than a hundred.
    I think it's similar to nebula, i at first thought they were nebula libraries but it seems that there's not many libraries for nebula that have been released on sister site.
    btw its not kontakt or east west, its probably effect.

    Edit: don't know if RE's are sample based, but some do look like nebula libraries.
