What synth and (perhaps) what preset makes this attacky sound?

The linked video above is the sound/tone in question (Time coded for your convenience, it is at 1:34 incase the time coding doesn't work). Being a fan of early 90's cheesy synth shenanigans, I figured I'd ask about what attacky, flutey and windy synth in particular is used (I use softsynths at the moment, so actual hardware is out of the question) in the end credits theme to Tim and Eric's beloved "Check it Out!" series hosted by the one and only Dr. Steven Brule. As for a little more deductive information to narrow down things: this song is supposedly from late 1992, early 1993, so there's a good chance it's a JD-800, given it's distinct Roland-esque sound, but there could be other synths at the time that encapsulate that particular sound.

Any and all help from all your instrument dinguses is very well appreciated! For your health!

I would peg that as a Roland D50 but yeah, hard to tell. Maybe an early Korg ROMpler like the 01/W too.

Good point, it does sounds too early 90's ROMpler/LA synth cheesey to have a distinct, brand signature to it...
