I have this fun wall full of TVs but the sound makes me cringe. I'm thinking some kind of sound bar below the center TV but I'm also battling that the house feed mix doesn't work well with our lobby.

I need two suggestions. The first, what speaker(s) work well in a room with lots of reflective surfaces?

Second, if you run into issues with your house mix not working well in overflow areas what do you do to fix it?

PA speakers work well if you know them.
Hell, I know a guy that who can mix on headphones only because he knows them inside out.

Amphions are known for being not extremely depended on room acoustics. They are, but not as much as some other ones. Personally got One18 and being extremely happy with them.

You could try their home speakers line.
