    Anybody naming any of the waves plugins – especially a one knob plugin at that- doesn't know enough about audio to be taken seriuosly.

    The secret weapon for me, is that before I consider any plugin, the audio files are recorded properly, separated in the stereo field moderately well, phase corrected if needed, and sound the best they can before I add anything to any track. The placement may change but for me if it sounds like shit then all I am trying to do with any plugin is polish a turd.
