    Looks like it might be one of the Kontakt Factory patches, don't know which though.

    thanks man, my first thought was Factory Library but don't know which one but it could probably be something else. Never used the world instruments section before so not familiar with the GUI. It narrowed the search a lot. I just have to guess which one now.

    got the one on the bottom. It's Bagpipes -> Highland Pipes
