It seems a little like a massive oversight that this hasn't (?) been posted:

Since it contains mixing also mastering plus excellent synth cheesiness to teh max? Was prolly the first post and I missed it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And possibly Ray Parker, Jnr on guitar.
Always thought it was The Headhunters backing it when I was younger. But you can see why.
What was your favourite solo? hehe.
Those Afghan jackets were smelly! lol

Regarding Star Trek - freakin' Deep Space Nine! Even though either the orchestra plays it really weirdly, or it was conducted this way.

Dennis McCarthy wrote some incredible melodies, he also did the beautiful theme to Star Trek Generations (1995).

Quite cliché in a list like this, I know, but it was very influential on me...

    Also, why not, Massive Attack...

    Knight Rider

    MacGyver

Both of them used to run at like 5-6 in the morning on Swedish TV when I was 15-16. Me and my friends always stayed up until they aired during summer vacation, smoking some joints and passing out while watching them. Good times :chilling:

The theme song actually sucks as compared to so many great ones, but the show itself was stupidly funny because the entire cast of the show were chimpanzees. Much of the dialogue was ad libbed to fit with the chimps moving their lips. The had a great band called The Evolution Revolution which played lots on The Ed Simian Show.
