It is a wavetable synth as it looks like, a mixture of vital and serum from the pictures.

You can buy license or rent it as you can see. There is a trial version for macOS and windows after you create an account.
I assume basic server license, if its rent to own. Maybe someone can unlock it?

Thanks for the link, @Bert Midler Biddy Fiddler. I registered, downloaded the demo, and installed it. The controls work, and the user interface is convincing. I'm not entirely sure about the sound; I'll test it a bit more to see if I like it.

I don't know anything about the manufacturer. It's rather strange that you can't find anything anywhere else...?!

yeah, that lack of background info is puzzling, hence i asked here? A heavyweight pretty spec'd out synth just appears from no where....

Hoping to see it in the museum soon, it does seem reminiscent of surge but the interface catches my eye… don’t know if there’s maybe a way to give surge a skin like this since it’s open source…

Actually the wavetable creating part is very interesting but interface is really awfull, lost of lost empty space, not presize, looks like an Ipad or Web App nonsence

Developers put out the same type of synths that exist, imo, it is pointless and the market for such wavetable synths is oversaturated. But there are still gaps that noone want to fill. For example I would buy a good modern additive vst with lots of control (think Harmor, but with per partial parameters), modern CPUs are powerful enough to handle such thing.
