what is it? can i find it in vst somehow? or any similar ones

check out ample sound, like ample bass vsts or ample guitar vsts

 

It's smooth, but doesn't sound particularly special to me..

I'd say it's a Modern type bass/pickups,
played gently and considerably filtered..

Maybe I'd try EZ Bass on this one,
but even Scarbee Rickenbacker, or P-Bass Amped could do the job too..

Just use whatever virtual analog synth and set the oscillator/oscillators to triangle and lower the cutoff on the filter until it sounds smooth. The filter should probably be set to 24dB if there is an option. Or just search for a preset that says "Dub bass", "Sub bass" or something alike.
