ok heres how to make a riser /downer )in a few easy steps
1. grab any saw sound draw a 2 bar line
2> eq out all the low end untill about 600hz
3 put a frequency shifter and or a ptch shifter plugin on it melda do great ones for free
4. automate the frequecy shifter from low to high (dragging the automation so it goes from o to 100 or 100 to 0)
done
extra youn can do is automate a reverb aswell or add endless smile from dada life to it aswell for extra flare
