inhibitors of that country wouldn't rewind the clock, let's say 100- 150 years back

in my country the problem is that the government force people to go heaven but in the other world! so its not Secular state
but i think the Advertising in the west make a bad view of Iran (persia) but its just grandiosity Unfortunately
so don't judge this kind of countries whit the TV news and ask tourists how came to Iran

 

What harasses me more is the stupidity of the masses that politicians tend to misuse them to a turn. In the east with the religion and traditional man-made nonsenses and in the west with the mainstream media. You see that the people in the west are displeased with their life too.

These are the major problems:
1- The darned politicians
2- Stupidity and massive ignorance of the masses

What I hate most about my country: monopolistic corporations, Hollywood and the newsmedia, religious assholes/politicians, the gullible people who believe them, the overcomplicated tax laws.

 

Here the lack of culture, the huge ammount of ignorance and the very big level of corruption among the politics/police/and basically most institutions.
Those are some of the main reasons why I dream to live in a 1st world country.
Not much for the corruption thing because that kinda exists everywhere, but I can't stand the lack of culture you can see here in general. It's irritating and sad at the same time.

 

One of my best friends is an immigrant Muslim and my wife is also an immigrant. LOL. The fact is, crime levels, gang rape and sharia law pushers have landed on the soil of places like Germany and Sweden and it's not good and the mainstream media is not covering all of this for the most part. So "turning off tv and burning newspapers" wouldn't make much difference. Also, unfortunately most of the terrorist attacks that have been conducted like every month, have been immigrants from Islam nations unfortunately. Yes, it's great to just ignore children getting run over and go about your day and embrace the good things and people, that doesn't mean it's just going to disappear by putting your head in the sand and hugging a Muslim!

I would agree, I think I am overly concerned about this pending issue and I would like to ignore it, but considering they outnumber the birth rate of European natives and some (or maybe a lot) don't want to integrate, you could see a lot of the culture of these nations slowly degenerate.
