i would say Melodyne, Capo, or scaler are your best bet for detecting the chord.

You can find out by training your ears. Play all kinds of chords and listen.
Practice finding chords from music, start by trial and error and repeat it often enough until you get closer and closer.
It's not something you can learn from one day to another.
