    I saw Leon Redbone on Saturday Nite Live in maybe 1973 or so. I immediately feel in love with his sound. I had never heard anything remotely like it. I scraped up some coin and went over to Sam Ash in the Green Acres Shopping Center a few days later and bought his amazing album entitled " Double Time". I played the hell out of that record. Ditty Wha Ditty was one of my favorites along with " The Shiek of Araby". The man was a classic.
