  2. I was hugely into Yes in high school and couldn't get enough into my ears...one of my favorite all time bands and I guess a "silent partner" influence in my own composing.

    my own mix, spec the beat, reconciling the option on how to make it low-key when it's prominent, how to fit the midi-notes wtih what method when it's very thrusty to maintain a groove, and how to make it more underground and plausible to a grown audience without completely silly-fy it with lame chord progression/obvious drops and general mainstream housiness.
