    Hello my fellow Audiosexuals,
Figured I'd take a chance and post some tracks I've made. These are Hip-Hop.And no premade loops or midi's were used. All played by hand, recorded and quantized. The first,3rd and 4th,were made in FL Studio.
The 2nd was done on my worksation kybd, then each part recorded using Cubase Elements then imported into FL and arranged, etc.

Now These were made a few months back, except Sketch Artist (The first one) I put that together like 3 weeks ago.I'm admittedly not the best mixing/mastering guy so please keep that in mind.
I keep it under 0 though [IMG] Please let me know what you think if you could? :beg:

If you like it, please thank or leave a comment saying so.Also if there is something I can improve,or you think would make things better, please let me know.Your input is highly valued.
    Enjoy! :mates:

I'm Listening To Your First Track Is Great Keep it up :mates:

PS : When piano start i believe in the first Pre-Refrain = Bridge (if u reduce it a little bit it will be perfect so
PS : The accordion need a little bit of reverb not much but little so all instruments can fit with each other

    Hey Levitate.
I really like the basic vibe and sound on these tracks, especially number 1 and 4 :grooves:
The mix feels a little bit tight and restricted. I wouldn't mind a bit more depth, maybe a touch of fx on parts of the beat or some more stuff happening far out on the pan spectrum.
Another thing that I personally think would be cool to add is something that brings a little contrast or shake things up a bit.
Like some edgy lead synth, raw vocal clips, a freaky guitar, a couple of crazy breaks… you know, just a lil sumthin sumthin… here n there. [IMG]

As you know, metal is my thing, so my opinion might not mean much, but this is really nice. I agree with Mr Amine and the reverb on the accordion. I also think you should add some vocals! I thin vocals are the soul of hip hop.

    Well done man!

Wow some really great work Levitate, it's not my favorite genre but you've managed to lure me in. [IMG]

I agree with the other members, you should add some more effects in the background. You should have submitted a track for the album. Next time though I want to hear something from you on Volume 2. *yes*

Thank you! I like the first & second very much. They come a long relaxed and "reaching". It`s great that you don`t try to copy
    some "signiture sounds".
I agree with the others, maybe you play around with reverb, pan, delay (before you ad more sounds?...).
    Please keep working on them.

Thanks all! Always nice to get opinions and advice from you guys. I don't think I've ever got so many positive comments before :) :mates:

I don't write as much as I used to,in a bit of a learning phase. And busy with a couple other things. I play all the time though

Also,I wouldn't say Hiphop is my main genre,or really that I have a main genre.Have done Hard Rock,Metal,House,R&B,and other things over the years.Even done some stuff I can't even put in a category.
I love so many different kinds of music. No way I could choose just one.

Also awesome advice as well. Will be applying it for sure

    Once again Thanks guys
