Hates mostly come from not understanding, misunderstanding or not being interested in understanding.

I don't hate anyone or anything. I just feel sorry for myself that why I'm not able to fully understand.

Well, it does seem one way to look at things to avoid feeling hate. To fully understand what we are as humans might seems a logical way to eliminate hating human-related things (which most of these posts are about). We are all only subjects of our genetic makeup and experience, so that all we do individually and as a whole are not really our "intent". And if you REALLY understand that the only 'god' there is, is what we call nature, then there is no boss to hate either, because nature has no bad intention ... no intention at all.

Yet nature produced us humans and our emotions. And we invented a word to describe an emotional state and called it "hate".
So, nature provided us with this emotion, particular to humans perhaps (due to our intellect and imagination), but we see correlates in other life forms ... an extrapolation of the basic "advance vs. withdraw", via mammalian cortex, etc., and we see similar "hating" going on in other life forms... Nothing like us humans, of course, but the basis was there. It is not supernatural, but fully natural.
So, hate is not an alien or supernatural force projected through us or taking us over.
It is appropriate to humans.

Of course, hating in the short-term is likely an evolutionary advantage to avoid bad things.
But we humans and our memory, and our imagination ... create the emotion when there is no current external object or situation that needs attending. Just as our empathy can be so great for the imagined other, or circumstance, so too with the power of imagination when it comes to hatred. We are the puppets of our emotions, but in realizing that, can manipulate our own strings. Most of us will never be our own puppetmasters, (unless we want to devote plenty of time towards it) as nature is the real "master".
But we don't have to be so helpless or unaware. We know this of course, but being aware in the moment is a different thing altogether, and that takes lots of practicing , and constant practice of it.

Anyway, I hate it when people go off on long tangential rants. And I hate it that they decided to put and "i" in tantential, when it could have just as well been "tangental". So many things to hate, and so little time.....
