In one of my projects my synths using razor could not open and it says "cannot locate ensemble RazorRazor.rkplr" so I thought, hmmm... thats weird. I went into my folder and changed "Razor.rkplr" to "RazorRazor.rkplr" and it finds it.

The next day I open the project it says "Could not locate ensemble RazorRazorRazor.rkplr". What the hell?

 

Simply create RazorRazorRazor and more files like RazorRazorRazorRazorRazor until you have 365 file with up to 365 Razors in it, so you can use it for one year.

No seriously, I don't know. Tried other DAW? Tried reinstall? Tried older/newer version?

Try to Save your Razor ensemble with your project name when useing it.Then when you reopen project it should find it in the libary. Or just recored from it while your working. Apart from that fck knows whats goin on

 

It's an issue with the registry, look around at the various NFOs posted with Reaktor releases, one of them tells you how to go into the registry and make a small modification to certain entries to allow ensembles to be saved, wish I could be a little more specific but I erase them after install... anyway, I imagine that that is your problem

If you have problem with recalling "Razor", "The Mouth", "The Finger R2",

"Spark R2" or "Prism", you need to modify the registry.


In the follwing registry keys,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Razor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\The Mouth
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Reaktor Content
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Reaktor Spark R2
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\The Finger R2


There are registry entries called "ContentDir".

These show where you've installed the Reaktor Contents like this :

C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\The Mouth


You need to add the "\" at the and of the value :

C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\The Mouth\
