Who sits in front of a TV anymore? I haven't had one of those for a good 20 years.

 

It's about sitting for a long time in general. Congratulations that you don't have to and don't want to watch TV for 20 years.

 

I'm so happy that i changed my office sitting job to a job where i combine office with everyday Matinence and physical tasks.. it's so stupid that the standard is to divide these tasks up so some clean and carry stuff all day and others sit in front of a desk all day.. it's unhealthy for both.

 

I like to have gym membership cards at various gyms all over town so I can come slide this access card into their coinslots and drop a few coins in there once a month to make payment. It's what it's for. If you can fit more than a few pages of bills or more than a quarter in there, then don't bother. It prolly smell like cologne, so leave it alone, brother.

Standing desks are another scam. Standing in much the same position all day causes similar problems to sitting.

 

You should not stand all day - but alternate between sitting and standing and walk around and climb stairs a lot.
Anything you do unilaterally all day - leads to pain eventually. The monotony is also poison for the brain.
You have to fight for it yourself and think about how you can change the monotony.
