Waves VST3 Dont load up, and some AU plugins dont do anything

    Big Sur 11.5.2 Hackintosh
    (but its not a hackintosh things, its a mac things since ive come across this problem like 3 years ago and dont remember why or how i fixed it)

    Ableton 11.0.11
    Waves 12/13 11.10.21

    the VST3 Format of the plugin doesnt even load up, gives me an error and then doesnt get placed on the track.
    the AU Format, some work like Rverb works as intended, but the Rcompressor doesnt compress at all, Threshold, Ratio, Attack & Release settings dont do anything at all, only thing that works on it is the Output meter.

    i can record a screen recording of whats happening if i wasnt quite clear
