Waves v9 for Avid Venue SC48 live console

    Hey guys.

    I'm running an Avid Venue SC48 console and would like my cracked plugins to work on there. I'm not sure exactly how to activate them though. Does anyone have any insight into working through this process?

    The Venue only supports up to Waves v9.3, and only runs TDM plugins (hence why I'm not using something current).

    Any information would be amazingly helpful!

    You never told us whether you are on Windows or MacOSX. :dunno:Here are the instructions for Windows.

    Sorry. The SC48 runs Windows embedded. I followed the instructions to a tee and the instructions did not work.

    Again, this is for the Avid VENUE | SC48 live mixing console. They run Waves TDM plugins.

    If you can modify WaveShell-DHS 9.1.dpm in the same way as it is done for the windows version, it will probably work.
    Your Venue has an operating system - WinXP
    Waves 9 not under iLok
    Waves 8 under iLok
    (If you are interested in any TDM licenses for Venue, and not only, send me a PM)

    I gave it a shot by renaming the cracked WaveShell-DAE 9.3.dpm to WaveShell-DHS 9.1.dpm, but that didn't quite work. I think there's probably more to it than I'm capable doing (programming maybe?) on my own.

    This is probably a long shot but was there ever a solution for this? I'm in the same boat, Ive got an sc48 that sits in our venues inventory and only gets used like twice a year and I'd like to just toss a bunch of cracked plugins just for convince some of these old timers that want this thing don't carry any licenses anymore its such a pain.
    I know back in the day there where cracked plugins for the Venue desks, I ran into them all the time at churches it just seems like the information's been lost for whatever reason.
