macOS Sonoma 14.7.3
M1 Max
4K Resolution
Cubase Pro 14 , Logic Pro 11
Waves Ultimate V 15 25.02.12 with Guseppe Patch.
Daws are Running native.
I have the same problem as with the previous version, where the Plugin GUI remains black.
Sound is working in the Plugins.
I installed all V 15 Plugin.
Pls help!

 

Another thing it might be is an OpenGL/CL thing.

• Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated graphics drivers can sometimes cause problems with displaying plugin GUIs. You can usually update your graphics drivers by going to the website of your graphics card manufacturer and downloading the latest drivers for your card.
• Try rescanning your plugins. This will force your DAW to reload the plugins and may fix any problems with the plugin GUIs. The way to rescan your plugins will vary depending on your DAW, but you can usually find instructions in the DAW’s documentation.

Its a Mac Studio M1 Max System .. and my Sonoma is completly Updated. No Graphic driver Update needed.
I installed and Rescan the Plugins 4 Times but without success.

 

The next question to ask yourself is it Cubase or Waves that is to blame! Get another free DAW and see if it runs Waves!

Right click on your logic icon and hit “get info”. Check off “run in Rosetta mode”. Launch the project and see if you’re good to go.

I had to click a check box I’m waves Center agreeing to “not officially supported” plug-ins, but everything is working for now. Sonoma 14.5.

Logic update?
it's fixed for me, the latest version (24.12.31) has worked fine here, everything is running and GUI is visible.

Everything is now working . All Fine with the gui.
The Plugins are Running native In Cubase Pro 14 , Logic Pro 11 , Ableton Live 12.
Im using This Terminal commands for the installer folder:
sudo xattr -cr
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign -
Then i have selected the subscription Ultimate 15 installer option.
The v15 installer option did not work for me! Everytime i have the black gui issue.
And Ultimate 15 installer works only After codesign!!
