Waves Studiorack crash?

    Installed waves v14 release by R2R(Win) today. But there's an error with studiorack plugin, when I click the "+" button to add a plugin ableton live crashes. This doesn't occur when I run daw with admin rights, but in order to drag and drop files from explorer live need to run without admin rights.

    1.Tried re-installing several times.
    2.Tried re-installing WebView runtime.
    3.Installed all vs redists needed.

    Is there any workaround to fix this?
