waves plugin v9.6 install problem

    I have an error when i click install (after selecting wave folder & clicking move all) in waves centrall .
    it says an error happened & contact us...
    please help me install this plugin.
    what is it related to?

    Have you tried updating to the latest waves central app there was an update . That's maybe your problem
    You didn't say what whether you on PC or Mac .

    Try to start Waves Central with Administrator Privilege, it worked for me !

    i wanted to install it on windows.


    you me run as administrator? I think i tired it & it didn't worked :(
    isn't it related to Microsoft.Visual.C.Plus Plus Redistributable Package?

    The new Waves Central will only install on a 64 bit operating system.
    If you're using a 32 bit operating system you will have to fall back to an older version of Waves.
    Also, even on a 64 bit system, there is a Windows update that needs to be installed first.
    Look up installation requirements for Waves Central and a link to download the Windows update can be found there.

    The problems solved. I installed RuntimePack that contains DLLs necessary for windows. I did the installation with (run as administrator).
