Hello, for you, you need to install RET and run that R2R keygen on windows(VM/parallels) to create that license file.
    Link of RET : https://audioz.download/software/ma...230731-patched-and-keygen-only-macos-ret.html
    "
    7. The installation is taking place, a restart will be necessary so that all the software can be installed.
    8. After restarting the Mac, go to the RET-0234 folder, then to the patched folder.
    9. replace the corresponding elements:
    For the WavesLicenseEngine

Go to the folder, then type: "/Library/Application Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle/Contents/MacOS/"
and replace the WavesLicenseEngine with the one from the RET folder

    For index.js
Go to the folder, then type: "/Library/Application Support/Waves/COSMOS/HTML/"

and replace the index.js with that of the RET folder

    For the app.asar
Go to the folder, then type: "/Applications/Waves/COSMOS/COSMOS.app/Contents/Resources/"
and replace the app.asar with the one from the RET folder

    10. (you must have a Windows VM or Windows mode on your MAC)

Go to Licenses on the Waves central application then copy your license ID.

Launch the waves_keygen file in the RET > R2R folder.

Enter the ID entered on waves central, (in key not in comp)

A .wle file will be generated.

    11. copy the .wle file
then go to the folder: "/Library/Application Support/Waves/Licenses/"
in order to paste the file.

    tell me if it works.

    8. After restarting the Mac, go to the RET-0234 folder, then to the patched folder.
    9. replace the corresponding elements: (all process)

PD. If I dont apply AU Reg tool 12.0.0.87 Build R 215024 for AU, on Ableton dont show VST Waves folder. I need to run AU Reg Tool to show up.

if you are using Ableton on a Mac, why do you want to use the VST format plugins instead of AU (audio units) ? i do not use ableton.

Then you would have the same plugin format in both Logic and Ableton. instead of having both format copies. If you were using them in 2 DAWs you could check inside Logic. If they are installed as AU plugins correctly, you would see them in the Logic plugin Manager. Then you know the problem is Waves or it is Ableton.

What do you have in your VST3 folder, and you have Waves Central in your /Applications?

    sudo xattr -r /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle

    xattr -cr /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle

    codesign --sign - --force --deep /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle
