couple months late, but i thought this might help



you need a virtual windows app to run any .exe keygen, the one i use is crossover. its available on the sister site and it works great for keygens

when you put in your device ID into the keygen and generate, it prompts you to save it to a specified location, you can save it anywhere, as long as you can find it easily after exiting the keygen.

move the .wle license file you just generated to /Library/Application Support/Waves/Licenses


copy this command into terminal, paste it and hit enter:

sudo xattr -cr /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Library/Application\ Support/Waves/Modules/WavesLicenseEngine.bundle


it might take a couple seconds to complete. once its done, reboot your mac, then run the Waves AU Reg Utility 14, which can be found in /Applications/Waves/WaveShells V14/, and hit the lets go button.

then you can run your daw and do a plugin scan. they should appear and run natively (except from the Waves Stream plugin, since it is an online based plugin, which in my experience doesn't work even in rosetta)
