Waves 9 K' not allowed in Studio ONE 3.5.4 K'

    Hi guys
    On sierra 12.10.6 I've installed Waves complete 2018 03 14 S1 v3.5.4 says "no valid Waves licenses found"
    I've install offline not connected to the web.
    Any suggestion
