Hi there,


Just installed the Waves_Complete_V9r24 dmg file completely, but in order to register all plugins i suppose something has to be done with the file called Waves Crack.dmg

When i run that one two files appear, Waves_9R18_Patch.command and Waves_9R21_Patch.command
when i run those, which goes automatically to Terminal, i get this:



I can't type in there, haven't a clue what's next.

When i open Logic it says "CLA-76 does not have a license.
Please check that you have a valid license, then click 'Rescan Licenses'

Hope i have made clear what the problem is, i have had many different ways of installing but this is completely unknown for me..

Can any of you guys help me fix this? Thanks!

 

I'm having the same problem with the licenses.

I installed v9r23 a short while ago and found the same thing. In a recently installed Maschine 2.2 update and in my legit PT 10.3, I was asked for the licenses. I didn't feel confident in either install. The directions were unclear to me on the 'patching process.'

I did clean uninstalls - with the Waves uninstaller and manually deleting files. Then, I loaded v9r24 and found that I still don't seem to have the 'licenses.' I did BatchMod to get permissions set. Any help would be appreciated!

 

Have you read the medicine prescription? It works like a charm here on 10.9.4!

Maybe I've another version, there are the usual simple instructions Have you uninstalled the old ones?

 

Check Ionno's comment about Waves 9R24 at… you know where…

 

Are you first clicking in that window before you try to type in it?

 

in terminal window type your admin password and hit enter. Done.
Your password won't be shown. It's ok.

Anyway dunno where did you get that crack, it looks like a DMG that someone not so clever packed with my commands for R18 (trash it) and R21. Use R21 command. R18 is useless and only mislead people. Meh.

Okay guys, problem solved. Apparently though nothing appeared i was in fact typing........ (smiley that slaps its own head)

Your name was indeed in the crack text on terminal copylefter! You are a boss.

Hey, all. I came back to say that I had to do another clean uninstall. I might have missed something before, so I manually made sure that I didn't. And, just dragging the command into Terminal worked like a charm. I thought I needed a password from the RAR files, at first. I'm not familiar with Terminal. But, I took a leap of faith and entered my password for my Mac much like all of the other installs I've been doing, and what do you know? Sometimes, you just have to take a leap of faith~

It works in both Maschine 2 (standalone) and Pro Tools 10 for me. Thanks, everyone!

 

are the compressors working. R comp and ssl comp never work for me. i think a few others don't work also. this is in audio units for ableton 9

 

Ahh this is weird, I have the same problem. Where i need to enter my Mac Password is locked in the terminal.

 

I get the same thing, how did you resolve it?
