I successfully installed it on my laptop and I can use the instruments and plugins on standalone but my DAW's do not recognize them. Tried with FL Studio, Studio One, Digital Performer and Cakewalk to no avail. Any pointers?

 

I've tried plenty of times to get them to show up in DAW I'm using FL Studios ...No luck help!!!!!!!

 

waves used to be the easiest to install. getting messy

 

The one I managed to install on my Windows laptop was Waves.Complete.v2017.11.28.Incl.Patched.and.Keygen.HAPPY.NEW.YEAR-R2R. It only has the plugins, but you can download the sound libraries directly from the Waves website. Hope this helps.

 

Yes I had the same problem IR1 and quite a few others did not show up. I rolled back to R2R release all is good now.

 

Team V.R. and R2R installers are not compatible in my experience. Even without the host file issue.

Gave up on Waves until I did a fresh Windows install and tried to install over an existing Waves install. Was able to uninstall quickly before system became corrupted between the two versions. Installed Waves Central and downloaded only plugins I knew I would use & used the V.R. patch.

The Waves folder stay on the desktop (C:\Users\wobbles\Desktop\Waves), which allows me to add plugins from Waves as needed.

With a Waves account, you log on, select plugin(s) or bundles, choose get demo, run Waves Central, log in, create off-line installer,
choose platform Mac/Windows, choose where to install, select plugins from list & install. Run patch and open DAW.

It will come up with a pages-long listing of locations Waves has to scan plus tell you what (DAWs) to run as Administrator for Waves to work and so on. Also it appears there sometimes may be incompatibility of certain individual Waves plugins with some DAWs. Hope there's something in this for you.

Lastly, the V.R patches apparently can unlock R2R's Waves Complete as well.

I was referring to installing over a previous install that causes issues for some. I run everything as Administrator with an off-line system to avoid potentential problems with programs & plugins.

V.R. uses an off-line installer lately which led me to just downloading directly from Waves to save time & avoid any messy install issues.

I have all kinds of mercury versions but can never find the one that I am looking for which is called waves tune real time, I already downloaded mercury and the rest of the cracked versions and still no luck, a min ago I downloaded one mercury software file from GOOGLE pretty big size but not luck in installing it, it shows many many plugins etc but never gets around to install them ,my laptop freezes and I have to reboot , any help with that one plugin that I am looking for guys ??
