I would like to ask,
Does anyone know if it is possible to install watzapp on an android tablet (android v6 or 7, I think), without a sim card ?

I've quicky checked on google, I've found a couple of websites claiming it is possible, by using some special apps during the first setup/ install.... on both the smartphone and tablet... or a tablet and a smartphone as a gateway....etc etc

Do you guys know if it is possible or not ?
Are some of you guys actually using whatsApp on a tablet, via wifi, without any connection with a smartphone...and is it working fine...?

Well, this is probably the wrong website to post this into.
But if you want to install and use WhatsApp on a Tablet that doesn't accept SIM cards you will simply need a phone to insert the SIM card in.
1- Download and install Whatsapp on the Tablet.
2- Enter the Phone number that belongs to the SIM Card while it's inserted in the Phone.
3- It will send a verification code to the phone.
4- Enter the verification code in WhatsApp on the Tablet.
5- And you are all done.


If you wanna have the same Contacts that you have on your phone to be on the Tablet you need to:
1- Backup all the Contacts to your Google Account.
2- Login to your Google Account on your Tablet.
3- On the Account settings on the Tablet, Activate the synchronization, so that you will have the same contacts.
And yea that's about it.
