Good day guys, so I've been scanning google and they have different answers...
So this would be my final option before I go download random shitty converters.
What I really need is a multiformat converter which has lossless quality of the music...
I hope there would be just "one" perfect for the job that everyone would agree with...
    Thanks in advance. :)

    ONE LOVE
    GOOD VIBES

I use Easy CD-DA Exctractor for years...

You can rip audio cd's, create cd's/dvd's and convert almost every format into almost every format...

Freeware Foobar2000 http://www.foobar2000.org/ It's not only a great converter for CDs or between the formats [you can even put video files in it and convert audio stream from it] but it's also a great player with ASIO, VST [3rd party plugin] SoX highest quality resampler [3rd party plugin] etc. and it only takes a few megabytes on the HD, and you can even install it in portable mode so you can take it anywhere with you on a stick with your music collection.

dB Poweramp is also good, so I've heard, yes.

The lamest thing to do would be to use Wavelab for that and I don't think it supports FLAC or WavPack [you said you need lossless encoding]. Steinberg sound quality is well known... to those in the know. Especially the resampler sucks big arse. I wouldn't touch Wavelab even if it were free, especially now when we have so many choices like Audacity, Wavosaur, Ocenaudio, Edison editors.

    Cheers!

Am I the only one who is using the Nero (from the Burning ROM)? It's simple, keeps the quality and fast. :)

Easy CDDA though works great, has had a troublesome dubious past so I stopped using it. Dbpoweramp was good but I suspect it had some kind of evil big where the software would encode a random audio file in your collection to 8kbps 8khz mp3 (I have seen this happen on daily basis when I had this installed).

I primarily use Winamp 5 as my audio player and aside from Ogg and MP3, it converts good. It does not support 24bit audio when converting though. So for smaller tasks I use Winamp but for a bigger batch processing, my trusty old Foobar2000 is used. Ultra fast, makes use of all your CPU cores, great tagging/naming/management features. Its free without any need to mess with it for a license. Just install and grab oggenc.exe and lame_enc.dll.

It does have a problem with Aac/mp4 files for which I use Winamp.

You should give this a look - it's like a little Swiss Army Knife mate.

Good Luck and all that!

IMO - best, hands down is AppGeeker video converter. It's easy to handle, and can convert to/from every format i'm familiar with.

    http://www.appgeeker.com/how-to/convert-mp4-to-mp3-mac.html

You can choose extracting sound tracks from video files, or converting between audio file format.

I have not had any issues with it crashing on me.
