I'm considering trying the 6months legit trial. I'd need to desinstall my cracked copy, would that de-authorize my plugins ?

 

I think it depends on the plugin developer and their license/authorization system. Safest bet is to completely remove all traces of the plugin, associated files, and clean out the registry, most importantly. Reinstalling windows would be a bit overboard for sure, but if you aren't willing to search for related files in, say "appdata", "local roaming" or some random directory, its a one shot solution. (I say this because cableguys plugins would intentionally brick their GUI by placing a "crash report" in some directory if a crack was detected, and if you didn't know to delete that directory manually, you had to reinstall windows)
