One day AI singers will laugh at human singers.

This voice sounds pretty good, I'd like to try it. Unfortunately SynthV doesn't have a trial and I don't like to blindly buy apps, hoping for an AZ release.

    Note:

I'm a heavy user of vocal engines, to make a voice sound like in the video, a tedious tweaking job on each syllable is necessary, forget about just throwing a midi file into the daw hoping it sounds with all those details

    R2R pls!

BTW you can only imagine how MUCH work it takes to archieve something vaguely similar to that song... Can be weeks of work...

Check this one out, both singers are AI from Synthesizer V (Kevin & Solaria)
    Especially Solaria sounds really great!
I bought Synthesizer V a couple of weeks ago, and it´s really worth buying it.
Right now, I am messing around with the free AI from Solaria and it sounds awesome!

Here´s another one with Solaria only:

Btw, if you have installed the demo, you maybe can try out the free Solaria AI,
    you can get it here:

The human heart and our emotions will never die, even if they want to make everything in the world synthetic, including what we eat and where we hang out. If you can't sing just make instrumentals, and try to be authentic in everything that you do.

Damn, it sounds way better than I expected! I'm really impressed.

I feel like you can already use it in a professional production, without anyone noticing, if you just disguise with effects a few raw edges that are still present and embrace the aesthetic. It might not work for a radio friendly pop song YET, but in a context like the video below (1:53)? Hell yeah!

Based on that example, you could use that quality level for nearly any situation where you might use a female Vox "sample". Stick Logic Remix FX on it, and iPad and a beat. Using a vocal can take the place of a lot of other production efforts to fill the gap.

Normally these things end up a letdown. Let's see if it fares any better.

What happens when the Top 20 sounds like it's all the same person singing :)

What kind of current Top 20 tracks are music like that though? You know what I meant, in reference to more dance music and some hiphop. Where they will only maybe use 30-60 seconds of vocal material in total from that one "vocalist"/vocal source.

And if some plugin has very limited voices, they will get easily overused. or people will not buy the product because they will expect that to happen.

I would have no reason at all to guess that is not a "human sample". perfect example of what I was saying about vocal synths. nice track too. But I also would not guess you hired in a singer for it. for a producer making these kinds of tracks, this will result in one less person to take money from you. :)

It was a rhetorical question, and this won't be the last vocal software, will it? :)

100% agree.. It's good for EDM and maybe some other noisy cluttered genres, or genres where not so human sounding is okay.. All the vocal synths I've encountered so far have that... AI sound to it.. Emvoice is the closest ive heard, only has one good voice, and still has that uncanny Valley thing going on.. But, vocal synths are getting there and have come a looong way in a short time.

vocal synths are like a random number generator but instead of the usual dice roll; they generate snake oil type software reasons why they all ultimately flop. it's like a grab bag of failure, usually.
I would love to see a great one in our lifetimes. lol.
