    It's a pitched voice. Use the transpose of any sampler...

    I know that is pitched but how to make it to sound like its been chopped

    Sounds more like a shitty granular pitch algorithm. :D

    You can try to add some tremolo (Sine or rounded square LFO on amplitude/volume). Set it to pretty fast and set amount to taste.

    Lol. I thought this was the first thing you did when first getting/learning a sampler - recording your own voice, put it in a sampler and play your voice across the whole range of a keyboard.

    That's what they did in the early 80's anyway.
