virtualbox question - changing computer

    when i change computer...will i be able to transfer the Virtual Box that has a Windows 7 running with some folders/installed programs to the new computer?

    Your virtual computer is basically a file that doesnt care about your current hardware

    Yes, you can export the VM and the VM disks (or both in the same export), copy that across and import it there.
