I don't use Cubase but.. have you tried renaming the plugin's DLL in the plugins folder?
I had similar experience with Samplitude.. nothing worked until I just added a letter to the DLL name (example: Vintage Warmer 2x).

    Worth a try.

Probably stating the obvious, but have you checked to what directory it is installed. You can have more than one plugins folder

This is a common problem with Cubase. Go to "Devices" then to "Plugin Information". Click the "Update" button on the far left. This just may do the job.

Sorry i didn't say at the beginning. I did all main things, I set VST folders where Cubase should look for new plugins, I did also update, and it doesn't work at all. Also i find out there is few more plugins that Cubase can't see from Rob Papen Predator :(

Ok guys i fixed it. Reinstalled Cubase and then I installed plugins in both ver. x86 and x64. Because I don't know why, if is only x86 or x64 then DAW doesn't see them.

    Peace !
