video engine wont start on PT 12.5

    so lately the video dont want to start anymore , the bar fills up and stays like that no video on protools .. u guys encountred this problem ?
    my config is a protools 12.5 AudioUTOPIA on a toshiba laptop i7 4th generation , 8gigs of ram and an intel hd4600 for graphics
