Hello Guys, thanks for vengeance avenger, amazing vst but i have a problem with expansions, i could only import factory, funky house, future house and future pop, impossible for me to import the others

Any ideas ?

 

think you have to copy them to the vengeance folder where all other exp are

 

Thanks for your answer djk, i drag all expansions in the folder located in "C:\ProgramData\Vengeance\VPS Avenger\expansions" , some of them appears but most of them don't ...

 

i dont know then mate, i know some had an install file which you load from avenger,and some you just had to copy to the exp folder

I think I've seen somewhere that the latest update wasn't allowing cracked expansions ( not sure tho )

Hello Guys, i am using windows and no this is no legit, it's this version : only several expansions appears, really weird. I put all the expansion folders in vengeance folders, no probleme with funky house, future house and future pop but impossible with the others.

All the versions I grabbed off the sister site worked for me on windows. I cannot recall if I repacked them or that they came as .rar files.
eg. PSY.avxp.rar as that's how mine are archived.

Don't take offense, I'm just doing due diligence here just in case.

The way I installed was unpacking the rar files so I had a folder full of dirs named for example PSY.avxp, BigTone.avxp, etc.

I then imported them one by one from WITHIN the Avenger plugin. (SYS Tab -> CONTENT Menu -> IMPORT button)

EDIT: Or.. as it's been said, since it's been a while : one copies the unpacked rars to your C:\Users\(LOGINNAME)\Documents\Vengeance\expansions\

 

Thanks wuzzle, yes i do the same thing, i unpacked expansions.rar in a folder, no problem, buti don't manage to import them, via the import button of sys tab, i open avxp folder and there is a lot of files, don't know how to import it

 

hello guys, finally fund how to do it, it's possible in some cases that avenger don't recognize some expansions and ther's one solution, first of all unpacked for example PSY.axp.rar, to be more easily, i unpacked it directly in "C:\ProgramData\Vengeance\VPS Avenger\expansions\" . i had so a folder named psy.avxp wih a lot of folders inside. That's fine !

Now, open avenger in your favorite DAW, create a custom bank (right click in avenger main expansion window) that's will create a custom.avxp in my avenger expansion folder. Now you just have to copy all folders of PSY.avxp and paste it inside custom.avxp. Close avenger, reopen it and that's done, the expansion appears named custom. Rename it : PSY 1 for example
