It was said "approximately", because most engineers, mixers, producers talk too much about ValhallaDSP quality, and mostly about them, almost each second comment/post is about ValhallaDSP reverbs. Other reverbs are either secondary/additional, or "today this one is the best, tomorrow brandnew reverb will be better, yesterday reverb uninstalled or not in use anymo" (popular examples: limiters/saturators/tape emus/eqs/other vintage emus) or smth like that.
