Tzinah on Black continues its odyssey with a second installment, delivering on wax the sounds of: an emblematic artist for Tzinah – Dani Casarano, an enigmatic whiz kid – Silat Beksi and a fresh & promising member to our crew – Derek.
On the A1 side, “Setnup” embodies Casarano’s adventures through the hypnotic sound of minimal. Stretching from the lowest frequencies all the way to an uplifting atmosphere, we’ve got a serious case of massive basslines and heavy beats. The B-side continues the story with “It’s All About Feeling”, that displays a trademark arrangement of Silat Beksi, taking us on an euphoric trip with his percussion-rich signature sound. And because we love an authentic rhythm, Derek brings on the B2 a crystal-clear ambience with his solid drums from “Aphe Soft”, as an after-hour mood and a pinch of minimal Romanian sound was all that we needed to complete this release.
