you need to use a plugin manager, like blue cat patchwork (r2r version works great with Legit PT), DDMF Metaplugin, Waves Studiorack and so on.
Or you use R2R's AAX unlocker for 2021.7 if you have a legit licence for that version

 

for what kind of plugins?
BlueCat's patchwork is AAX wrapper for VST plugins,
Vienna Ensemble Pro is AAX host server for virtual instruments (but other plugins too)

Also, another question, could you downgrade to 2021.7 even if you bought a license for PT this year?

 

Honestly, after using the legit version of 2023.3 and R2R's 2021.7 crack, I really don't see much of an improvement over Audio Utopia's 12.5, it was stable and unlike legit PT you can use K'd plugins in it, plus it has more functionality than R2R's crack for PT First 2021.7, the only thing it's missing is the dark theme......IMHO
