OMG, i am just literally found out this method few minutes ago, and i'm intended to answer the question here, but it seems that Zeyad eLmoghazy already found out how to solve it..

i found out this method just by using simple logic :
- if all of my library files are complete,
- if i already remove zmap.index files, so
"how come keyscapes multis keep bugging me when there's no multis folder in it ?".
Therefore, i just create "Multis " folder... aaaaand, voila... the pop-up message that mess with my brain for a couples of month is now finally gone.

holy shit ur the best dude, literally 10 seconds and the problem is fixed.

 

Legend! All these other suggestions didn't work for me and I replaced my entire STEAM folder with a backup I had and I was still getting this error (I never used to). Making an empty Multis folder worked. When I launched Omnisphere it auto-generated a User folder within the Multis one I had just made and no more pop-up message when launching.

 

That was pretty annoying problem to go thru many steps and make it working... This method was the easiest one on the whole planet ! Thanksss

 

This happens to me with SAGE folder. Anyone?
