Uploaded.net has been found liable for not deleting copyright content in a timely manner. An anti-piracy company informed the file-hoster of the infringement via email, but Uploaded claimed not have been aware of the notice. The Regional Court of Hamburg has now ruled that Uploaded is liable, even if no notice has been viewed.

Oh brother, here we go again with the copyright douchebags. Uploaded deletes files faster than ANY other host I know so this is complete garbage. They even give copyright holders back door access to remove files themselves so what's the fucking problem? The copyright brigade is nothing but a mafia and the system is a fucking JOKE so burn it all down.

From first glance it's clear this person is simply a leecher who has no idea how things work. They think if Uploaded and Rapidgator vanish it would be a good end result for file-sharing. Besides the fact that it wouldn't bode well for the rest of the lockers I'm sure everyone is going to upload Zippy links all the time and have no money to invest in purchasing new products and slave for them all day and night. The people making this argument are the people that have never uploaded a single file. That's besides the fact that Zippy has a max 200 MB file size so it's useless for larger files. It's 2014 stop expecting everyone to have to make up for you not wanting to pay for an account is a better response. That's besides the important lesson: if nobody pays for infratructure...there is no infrastructure genius. Uploaded didn't become slow for free users overnight, it was because there's so many cheapos out there. *no*

they die by not having enough money or by "copyrighters" if they survive economically. Like Megaupload and may be Uploaded.
The only chance for them : they gained enough money to pay a bunch load of lawyers like Kim Dotcom, and open a new one (Mega)
