Hi Guys,

Wandering if somebody could help. I have Tracers cracked Kontakt 5.5.2 running alongside a legit 5.6.5.

I want to upgrade Tracers Kontakt 5.5.2 to a cracked 5.6.5, how can this be achieved? It was easy before, as all I had to do was copy the .exe and .dll, there was no need to install anything.

But now there is a SymLink installer, and im confused!

Much appreciated if anybody could offer any insight...!

 

I agree so frustrated with it. Im can't get Cracked Kontakt to work with Cubase. Standalone works fine... Any suggestions?

 

So to use Ethno World 6 i had to upgrade 5.5.2 to 5.6.5 Let me tell you my great experience actually. First of all it is extremely easy to 7-zip out only the the 64 bit version (just drag and drop to the vst folder of your choice) .dll and rename ''Kontakt5.dll'' to ''Kontakt5ccc.dll'' (that is just the name I chose)

Second of all, you can actually use both versions of at the same time (no need to install any registry entrys he might of included)

For me at least, ALL MY PREVIOUS KONTAKT STUFF shows up automatically in the 5.6.5 kontakt library window. it is obviously using the exact same registry entrys as 5.5.2 (again this has only been my experience)

so you don't have to re-add your librarys, at least this has been my experience. very happy about that.

Yup. 4 was classic for sure but 6 is just epic..

 

literally just did this on a fresh hdd, didnt want to clone.
1. uninstall.
2. install 5.5.2
3. dont copy the "supplied" plugins from tracer, just install 5.5.2
4. donwload the 5.6.5 from r2r with k*yg*n installer
5. follow instructions from r2r and enjoy
