I've got Logic 10.2 on my iMac 2012 (i5, ddr3 ram, hdd), should i upgrade to Logic 10.3.1? I usually make dance, so i need to work with big project. Does the upgrade become faster than 10.2?
If I upgrade to the last version, does all the plugins work correctly?

    LoL :)

A update is rarely faster than previous. This one is not slower, but can't say is faster neither.

Maybe. If you use 32 Lives and sylenth/nexus (and still want to use them) you can't update logic anymore.

Read the release notes [ https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203718 ] and if you consider you need any of the improvements/fixes stated there, go for update.

You mean 32 lives isn't compatible with Logic 10.3?

You always need to update your DAW to my opinion. Especially with Logic because there have been hundreds of improvements/fixes etc. in latest updates. So you'll always benefit from it. I have a Mac from 2012 (i7) and everything works fine. Logic X = 64bit plug-ins only but that's old news and shouldn't be a problem anymore (Sylenth is nowadays also 64bit btw). The only real issue could be the OS X you're using. Some versions are not compatible (or trusty) anymore. But if you're up2date (10.12.5) everything works as it should be. :like:
