Under software theress a section called essential...

    It's only 5 pages why is it called essential and what makes something to belong there? Thanks

    I just needed to know if it's random basically selections or who decides if something is essential?

    Well there is undoubtly software that any Audio Engineer would like to have.
    There is also software that makes using .. err.. unactivated Software easier.

    Thats why the Essentials List provides links to Waves, Ozone, Plugin Alliance and all the other Software that you usually see used by "Pros".

    Edit: Its not a guarantee that these Plugins will make your Mix sound Pro, but its what they use and as such it can not be too bad... right?

    it started as a section where i put software i use on a daily basis, but then it expanded a bit. it's obsolete now.
